In all Terms and Conditions, the terms “our”, “us”, or “we” refer to Turn Your Gold Into Money. The terms “your” or “you” refer to the customer who is sending the jewelry or other type of precious metal. The terms “jewelry”, “items” or “merchandise” refer to what you are sending to sell. For “you” to send “jewelry” to “us” and then for “us” to purchase these “items” this constitutes a “transaction”.

By clicking at the bottom of the Gold Pak form you are “one” instructing us to send you a Gold Pak in the mail so that we may complete a transaction and “two” you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions in full.

You the customer agrees under penalty of perjury that the items you are sending are yours. That you are the sole owner of these items and you have full authority to sell them. You are also agreeing that you are 21 years of age or older. You agree that these items are not stolen and that you are not selling them on the behalf of someone else. And that these items do not have a lien on them (you are not still making payments on these items).

You must fill out the form enclosed in the Gold Pak in its entirety. The number of items you are sending and there description must be complete and accurate. You must provide your valid drivers license number or government ID. You also must clearly sign and date this form. All items that are received in your Gold Pak are photographed. So there is no discrepancy between what you have written down that you sent and what we actually receive. Or if you do not send a completed Gold Pak form we will try to contact you and we may stop your transaction. In the event your transaction is stopped, we will send your items back to you and you agree that we are going to insure your items up to one hundred dollars as a courtesy to you.

We will gladly send you a free pre paid bag and envelope for you to send your items. Simply place the items along with the fully completed Gold Pak form into the bag and seal it. Place this plastic bag into the pre paid envelope and take it to your local Post Office. This envelope is already, at no cost to you, insured up to one hundred dollars. If you feel your items are worth more you may purchase very reasonable additional insurance from the Post Office. In the event that your items become delayed it will be your responsibility to contact the shipper. In the event that your items become lost it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper.

Once we receive your Gold Pak it will be opened in our secure location. Your items will be matched with the Gold Pak description of what you sent. Once this is verified to be accurate a photo will be taken of your items. Then your items will be evaluated for there purity and weight. A settlement amount will then be calculated using these factors along with our formula based on the price of each material at the time of the evaluation. You will then be contacted by phone and/or email to let you know the settlement amount. You may then respond to that email your acceptance or denial. You agree when you respond to the email settlement that your acceptance or denial must be accompanied by your electronic signature. For example: a typical response would be as simple as “ I accept your settlement of $427.62. Thank you, John Smith. If you absolutely do not have access to the internet your phone acceptance or denial may be recorded. If you accept the settlement a company check will be sent to you within twenty-four hours. If you deny the settlement your items will be sent back to you within twenty-four hours. These items will be insured for up to one hundred dollars as a courtesy to you. Your signature will be required for you to take possession of your items.

During this process you agree that we will not be held liable if all or some of your items are lost in the mail. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipper. If you would like to use a different shipper to send your items to us you may do so at your initial expense. We will then reimburse you when we settle on your items. You also agree that under no circumstance weather it be from lost, damaged or destroyed items shall we be responsible for more than the settlement price or one hundred dollars which ever is less. You also agree that we will not be held liable for punitive damages, loss of profit or opportunity what so ever. You finally agree that we will not be held responsible in any way by you, the shipper or an insurance company for lost or stolen items to or from our location.

Turn Your Gold Into Money is licensed in the state of North Carolina in the county of Catawba. You agree that any claims, lawsuits or disputes that may arise will take place in Catawba county, North Carolina and that these courts have personal jurisdiction over you. You also waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non-conveniens. Our business hours are Monday through Friday nine am till five pm Eastern Time. We do not work on holidays or weekends. So, for example if we receive your Gold Pak on Friday at three pm your items will be evaluated and you will receive a phone call and/or email usually by or before Monday at three pm. You also agree that all information furnished to us either on the web site or on the Gold Pak form is accurate. If for any reason we are unable to contact you by the phone number or email address you provided us then you will have accepted your settlement and your check will be mailed to you with in twenty four hours. If you wont to know the settlement amount before you receive your check make sure to be available at the phone number or email address that you have provided.

We are here to help people get a fair, if not better than fair, price for there unwanted items. If that is what you want to do we will be happy to help you. If you don’t want to sell your items or if they have great sentimental value to you, don’t send them. If you do send items and are not satisfied with the settlement price, don’t accept it. We are able to pay the prices that we pay by keeping our overhead down. Please help us to help you by only sending the items you want to sell and then when you are satisfied with the transaction please tell others.
